Welcome to College Plan Coach!

College Planning for the 98%!

I specialize in helping families find college choices that work! College planning goals may include finding the best value for money or seeking a brand degree. It’s up to student and parent to decide what is best for them, and as an Independent Educational Consultant, my goal is to make sure you understand all the choices and processes needed to make those dreams happen.

Located within this website are pages to help students and parents through the college planning process. College Plan Coach enables students and families to attain academic goals by helping them become wise consumers of higher education services.

I believe education is the greatest equalizer in society, and everyone should have the opportunity to pursue postsecondary educational goals. I’ve dedicated my professional life to education and have worked in multiple capacities to help students transition from secondary to higher education. That mission never ends. Now I have the chance to do what I loved most about my career – work one-on-one transitioning students into higher ed.

College planning doesn’t have to be difficult and it’s certainly not the nightmare experience that’s played out in situation comedies or hyped-up in media seeking increased ratings. In fact, it’s a time of self-exploring, discovering what will work, and transitioning into more responsibilities. It’s an exciting time of possibilities and potentialities! It’s a time to explore the multitude of educational paths and what steps the student will take to make the future happen.
